Dr. Daniel H. Chang is a board-certified ophthalmologist and has been associated with Central Valley Eye Care as a Cataract and Refractive surgeon since 2011. His top-tier education includes graduating with honors from Caltech, earning his medical degree from Duke University, completing his residency at Emory, and finishing a prestigious fellowship at Minnesota Eye Consultants. He has performed over 17,000 successful vision procedures, from LASIK and PRK to advanced cataract surgery. Dr. Chang is also a global leader in clinical research, helping bring modern vision technology and lens implants directly to patients.
